COMPANY HISTORY

Founded in late 2016 by Tyler Sulzberger, Ascent Pro Support emerged from a vision to address gaps in the professional staffing industry.

Leveraging Sulzberger’s background in accounting and experience as co-founder and vice president of a Midwest excavating company, Ascent initially focused on long-term contingent labor solutions, primarily serving Bridgestone’s Emergency Roadside Service contact center.

In 2020, a pivotal moment occurred when Bridgestone challenged Ascent to create a remote call center in response to the impending COVID-19 pandemic. Rising to the occasion, Ascent developed a groundbreaking model, marking a turning point in the company’s evolution. Recognizing this transformation, Tyler Sulzberger rebranded the company as Ascent Pro Support, expanding its services beyond staffing solutions to become a comprehensive provider of customer service support solutions.
